 Delivery Origin: These items usually come from factories in China or other places around the world like France and Spain.

 Delivery Time: Most of our customers receive their products within about 6–15 days, though please allow between 5–35 days depending on where you are on the globe. Some items take a bit longer as they are being made, staff are on holiday, or due to one-off delays.

 Global Reach: We currently ship to the most popular destinations worldwide. If you find your country isn't listed at checkout, please message me! I will personally re-check to see if I can bring my boutique to you.

 Delivery Time: These pieces are made and sent directly from my home in New Zealand. Depending on your location, please allow 1–35 days for your handmade treasures to arrive (they usually arrive within about 2 weeks).

 Quick Summary: We custom-make each product just for you! Your delivery timeframe is divided into Fulfilment Time (making the item) + Shipping Time (delivery by the carrier).

 Shipping Cost: FREE SHIPPING!

 Fulfilment Times: Once you place an order, it takes 2 to 5 business days to print, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.

 Shipping Estimates: Once fulfilled, your order is handed over to a regional shipping carrier. Delivery times depend on where you live:

 Domestic (US/Local): 3 to 8 business days after fulfilment.

 International: 5 to 20 business days after fulfilment.

(Note: These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Peak holiday seasons or carrier delays may extend shipping times.)

📦 General Information

 Tracking Your Order: For all orders, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your items are on the move so you can follow them! Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

 Split Shipments: Because we fulfil products from different facilities depending on what is in stock, some items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders): International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once the package reaches its destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
