Thoughtful Purchases: Because our items are shipped to most countries internationally, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color selection. We please ask that you double-check our size charts to ensure the perfect fit!

Arrived With an Issue? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we want to make it right! Please reach out to us at cloboho7@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue within 14 days.

No-Stress Resolution: If an item is faulty, we will happily arrange a replacement or a refund. In most cases, there is no need to send the item back to us unless specifically requested.

✨ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item or size, we are so sorry! We want to make it right immediately.

What to do: Send us an email at cloboho7@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

What to include: Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

The resolution: Once we verify the issue, we’ll send out a fresh replacement to you at no extra cost!

✨ Exchanges & Mind-Changes

Because our products are made-to-order especially for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong size.

✨ Packages That Get Lost

If your tracking info says your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with your neighbours or local post office first.

If the package is truly lost in transit and hasn't moved for several days, please contact us within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date so we can help investigate.

✨ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address! If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it to you, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

Handmade by me-to-you from New Zealand.

Unique Artistry: These pieces are one-of-a-kind and made just for you. For this reason, all sales on crystal jewellery are final.

Quality Guarantee: I take immense pride in my packaging to ensure your treasures arrive safely. While I generally don't offer refunds on handmade items, I treat every situation with care—if you have a concern, please reach out to me so I can look into it. We will work it out however and negotiate on messages!

Lifetime Repair Service: We want your jewellery to last a lifetime! If your piece ever needs a "refresh" or a repair, I am happy to fix it for free. You simply cover the shipping to get it to me and back to you.

Payments for return shipping can be made via PayPal (International/New Zealand) or Bank Transfer (New Zealand).

To keep things moving smoothly, please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to you; however, a re-shipping fee may apply.
