Shipping Cost: FREE SHIPPING! 💵

Delivery Origin: These items usually come from factories in China or in other places around the world like France/Spain...

Delivery Time: Most of our customers receive their products within 15 days, though please allow between 5 – 35 days depending on where you are on the globe. Some items take a bit longer as they will be being made/staff are on holiday or something one off.

Global Reach: We currently ship to the most popular destinations worldwide. If you find your country isn't listed at checkout, please message me! I will personally re-check the rates to see if I can bring my boutique to you for cheaper.

Jewellery and crystals, handcrafted by me and sent from New Zealand.

Shipping Costs:

• $8 NZD (New Zealand), $8 AUD (Australia) and $10 USD (rest of the world) 

Delivery Time: These pieces are sent directly from my home in New Zealand. Depending on your location, please allow 1 – 35 days for your handmade treasures to arrive.

📦 Tracking Your Order

For all orders, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your items are on the move, so you can follow their journey.

🕊️ A Note on Customs & Delays

For international customers, please be aware that customs fees or import taxes may occasionally apply depending on your country's laws. Occasional delays (like customs checks or carrier high-seasons) can happen!

Quick Summary: We custom-make each product just for you! Your delivery timeframe is divided into Fulfillment Time (making the item) + Shipping Time (delivery by the carrier).

Fulfillment Times

Once you place an order, it takes 2 to 5 business days to print, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping Estimates

Once fulfilled, your order is handed over to a regional shipping carrier. Delivery times depend on where you live:

• Domestic (US/Local): 3 to 8 business days after fulfilment.

• International: 5 to 20 business days after fulfilment.

(Note: These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Peak holiday seasons or carrier delays may extend shipping times.)

Split Shipments

Because we fulfil products from different facilities depending on what is in stock, some items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, but you will only be charged a single shipping fee at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link as soon as your package leaves our fulfilment centre. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once the package reaches its destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
