Shipping Cost: Around $3 USD shipping ! 

Delivery Origin: These items usually come from factories in China or other places around the world like France and Spain.

Delivery Time: Most of our customers receive their products within about 6–15 days. Shipping times are at Checkout.

Global Reach: We currently ship to the selected popular countries worldwide. If you find your country isn't listed at checkout, please message me! I will personally re-check to see if I can bring my boutique to you.

Crystal and gemstone jewellery and crystals, handcrafted by me and sent from New Zealand.

Shipping Cost: Around $3 USD shipping! 🤍

Delivery Time: These pieces are made and sent directly from my home in New Zealand. Depending on your location, please allow 6–20 days for your handmade treasures to arrive.

Areas: New Zealand and Australia can expect their packages to arrive faster. Remote areas can expect their packages to take a bit longer.

General Information:

Tracking Your Order: For all orders, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your items are on the move so you can follow them! Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Split Shipments: Because we fulfil products from different facilities depending on what is in stock, some items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders): International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once the package reaches its destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
