Shipping Cost: FREE SHIPPING on all items!

Delivery Origin: These items usually come from factories in China or in other places around the world like France/Spain...

Delivery Time: Most of our customers receive their treasures within 15 days, though please allow between 5 – 35 days depending on where you are on the globe. Some items take a bit longer as they will be being made/staff are on holiday or something one off.

Global Reach: We currently ship to the most popular destinations worldwide. If you find your country isn't listed at checkout, please message us! I will personally re-check the rates to see if I can bring my boutique to you for cheaper.

Production Time: Because these items are made especially for you, please allow between 2–7 business days for production before they head your way.

Estimated Shipping Arrival Times:

• New Zealand: 2–5 business days
• Australia: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–15 business days

Costs: These are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Jewellery and crystals, handcrafted by me and sent from New Zealand.

Shipping Costs:

• New Zealand: $7.50 NZD
• Australia: $10.00 AUD
• Rest of the World: Approx. $8.00 USD

Delivery Time: These pieces are sent directly from my studio in New Zealand. Depending on your location, please allow 1 – 35 days for your handmade treasures to arrive.

Special Note: I’ve worked to secure a special discounted rate with my postal carrier to keep your shipping costs as low as possible!

📦 Tracking Your Order

For all orders, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your items are on the move, so you can follow their journey.

For my international customers, please be aware that customs fees or import taxes may occasionally apply depending on your country's laws. While I do my best to ensure a quick delivery, occasional delays (like customs checks or carrier high-seasons) are out of my hands. I truly appreciate your patience and support of this business!
